How to join Dundonald Community Concert Band

	Do you play in a brass, silver or flute band and would like to play alongside other types of instruments?
	Do you play in another band and would like to bring that experience to help mentor some of our less experienced players?
	Do you play brass, woodwind or percussion to a reasonable standard?
	Do you want to play a wide range of music from film scores and musical theatre, classical to rock, marches, sacred and traditional Irish tunes?
	Did you play brass, woodwind or percussion at school, but haven't done much since and would like to dust off the cobwebs?

We meet on Tuesday evenings 7-9pm at Christ Church Dundonald, Millars Lane, Dundonald BT16 2DA

A concert band is made up of the following instruments. If you play any of them and are interested in joining us, please contact us now!

• Flute and piccolo

• Oboe

• Clarinet and bass clarinet

• Bassoon ** Instrument available to loan

• Trumpet

• Cornet and soprano cornet

• Tenor Horn

• French Horn

• Baritone Horn

• Euphonium or tenor tuba

• Trombone

• Bass Trombone

• Tuba - either orchestral tuba pitched in C or brass band Eb/EEb 'bass'

• Soprano saxophone

• Alto saxophone

• Tenor saxophone

• Baritone saxophone ** Instrument available to loan

• Tuned percussion

• Untuned percussion / drum kit

• There is also occasional use of string bass/double bass and keyboard
